Kim at the office was great in getting things scheduled. Randy was awesome at walking us through the process when giving us the estimate. He was very responsive in returning calls to answer questions we had.

Overall really good experience with Window Source RI. They are a very well-run family business that exercises transparency and quality in their work. We went with the middle of the road vinyl replacement windows and we love them. Great sound-proofing and not drafty at all. The only complaint I have is that some of the caulking done after installing was done in a hurry and not very thorough. We had to go back and go over it again ourselves. Also a tip: get your windows installed BEFORE doing any house renovation projects. Inevitably, getting the old windows out and new ones in will inflict some damage on your window frames (cracking, chipping paint). They tried to get all the spots, but missed a few.

Great price for very nice windows. Rich & Kim were easy to work with to get the windows that we wanted. He was on time and did A really good job. I would definitely hire again.
