I was unable to obtain additional information on invoice for insurance purposes from the owner/CEO per my request of him. I was repeatedly requested to email messages to him as a reminder of my need for information. After 5 attempts of calling, leaving voicemails, texting and sending emails to the CEO to acquire the needed information I gave up. The tree trimming was ok but this company lost out on my business, since he is also a general contractor he would have also been able to repair the damage to the roof that one of the trees had done.
Response from Company:
I provided customer with reciepts upon completion of work. She expressed she was very happy with the work. Before we cut any trees near home we noticed roof damage. We let customer know. She asked if I could fix the roof at a later time. Customer later called me requesting me to send a fraudulent invoice so she could have insurance pay for the tree trimming. She wanted me to say I charged her 750.00 to cut one limb. She was trying to commit insurance fraud and that is not something I will be apart of. She received her receipt upon completion too describing the work that was done. That's the way the invoice will stay. I will be contacting her insurance company to forward her email asking me openly to send another invoice to commit insurance fraud.

The Tree Boss is the best in town when you need a tree removed. Tree is gone, mess was cleaned up and no damage to other property. Fast, responsive, and professional! I would definitely call them in the future.
