Had some difficulty finding a time when they could do the work as they are apparently very busy. I was disappointed that they didnt have a bucket so that they could trim the top of the tree and do more to trim the sides, but overall they did a good (not exceptional) job.

Although their initial evaluation and estimate was done quickly, I never got answers to important questions, even though I asked those questions in person, on the phone and then by email. When I wanted to make an appointment for them to trim the tree, I called, emailed, and still had to wait almost a week for them to get back to me. They didn't arrive on time, and when they did come, they didn't bring the right equipment, and had to come back again the next day - and then again because their chain saw broke. Unprofessional and flaky, and in the end the tree was not trimmed the way I wanted it to be done.
