Dave is my go to guy! He goes above and beyond on all his projects. He just replaced my kitchen/dining room vinyl floors. Dave went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

I wrote in description that my sliding door needed new track or mechanism. Dave called me and set up appointment. He came out on time and sprayed WD 40 on track and said I don't fix tracks or mechanism and charged me $130!!!! No mention of this $130 service call to tell me he can't fix tracks or mechanisms. Nice guy

Not sure what this gentleman is discussing. I do not charge 130 for a service call !. All work and charges are agreed upon before work is done . The price suggests 2 hours were spent. The initial charge would be 80 to cover the first hour and 50 hourly thereafter. Some tracks cannot be repaired however I believe his door knob was broken. So the charge included getting another and replacing it. I will never talk rudely or use expletives.

In one visit, Dave completed my "to do" list of small fixes around the house (about 13 tasks - from remounting wire grid (holding up jasmine) on my wood fence that had fallen off, secured shower handle , resolved several caulking issues , revamped a couple of electrical plugs, replaced weatherstripping on kitchen door and added all new baseboards in garage (moving washer/dryer) to something as simple as removing both bathroom fans so I could clean and then re-positioned them (thin mounting wires very difficult to manage in such tight space in ceiling box!) Dave was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and offered great solutions. I will definitely use him again and already working on another list! Thanks, Dave!!

The work looks to be fine but it was something that time will tell if it works well or not. My low rating on the value for money was because he charges extra per hour when he brings a helper and he brought a helper for something that was to be a small repair easily done by one person. I ended up getting more work done at that time and the cost was ok.
