I hired Ryan and crew to fix a bathroom floor and sewer pipe before tile was laid down. he quoted me a price to replace the whole floor but then changed his mind to do less work. In the price, he had a materials charge of about $200. When he showed up for work, he then disappeared for an hour. He returned, did less work, charged me the same material prices and it seems he billed me for the time gone. It was a bad experience. Beware...

I'm sorry you feel like you did not get your money's worth out of our service. most people ask a contractor for a quote but what contractors give you is an estimate. Unfortunately, contractors are not able to see behind surfaces, inside walls, and under floors until we begin the demo. so we estimate what we think is going to be, and then we charge you what it actually took to complete the job. In the end, I believe our price was significantly lower than the estimate you were given. Additionally, we completed the job the same day. Excellent work! We installed our own kitchen cabinets, but wanted some professional help with the molding. Ryan installed crown molding around the kitchen cabinets and ceiling. Professional, courteous, and quick! Very fairly priced! Would definitely hire again!

Ryan did a great job. We had crown moldings and fillers installed for some bathroom cabinets and had an open archway finished off. The work was excellent. He did a good cleanup after the job was completed. I'd definitely hire him again if I needed any finish carpentry work done.
