Reviews
Write a ReviewFrom the sales associate to the office staff to the installers. Everyone was very professional. If I had any questions or concerns someone was there to talk and explain things to me. I will recommend Roof Masters to my friends, family and neighbors. Thank you so much.
Very honest and straightforward
Although Roof Masters employees did a good job on the roof, they left problems that I will have to pay to fix. The problem is that in replacing the facia they created a lot of splitting and bad ends on the rafter tails รข right where they are in obvious view in the front porch area. The job supervisor came to inspect, agreed that they should have fixed those during the job, indicated they would send someone to make repairs and then did nothing. And they will not reply to messages or phone calls. In addition, their contract quoted $18 per linear foot for facia. They told me after the first day that I would need to replace 190 feet of facia ($3420) and 60 feet of shiplap ($1080). This made the cost increase by over 30%. They finally reduced the amount to 100 feet of facia and 30 feet of shiplap รข still over $2000. My expectation when I signed the contract was that they would find areas that needed replacement and patch them, particularly where boards meet at corners and length ends, however, all they wanted to do was replace entire boards. So I will need to hire a facia specialist and get further repairs at the corners they did not address.
I hired them to replace portions of plywood in a double-garage roof, some facia board and tear off and replace all the roll-on roofing. They also installed a couple of whirlybirds. The estimate was right on. The team showed up bright and early and completed the job in one day. I was impressed. They cleaned up afterwards and even used a big magnet to find hard to see nails that dropped on the ground around the building. My garage roof looks great. It doesn't leak. I'm happy.
Outstanding experience addressing a big project, a total roof replacement. Very positive experience. Thank you!
had a couple of issues after work was done, Project Manager had issues resolved within 2 days.
Needed some new rain gutters. Was happy with process and outcome.
Contractor never showed up to provide estimate. Job has been completed by another company
Roof Masters are still working this job. They are great so far. Top notch. I am even promised to get my skylight fixed free of charge! The only and big downfall is Angi has not given me my 20% discount for my prepaid Angi membership. I've been given the run around with Angi on this. I highly recommend Roof Masters. Ask for Carlos.
Honest. Quality workmanship. Prompt & outstanding customer service.
