He arrived within the specified time slot. He tried to get the water heater to light but it would not. He ordered a new water heater to be delivered to our cottage from the plumbing supply company. It arrived and he installed it. We are satisfied.

The plumbing job was good, but the electrician that was hired through the company did a shoddy job and out of code electrical work. They did not pull a permit even though I asked them to and when I hired another electrician to check over the work, when they said it was completed, he found electrical boxes out of code and another box (I asked them to check all boxes and ground them), burnt. It was as close to a fire as they come. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I put my trust in them and they took advantage. I had to hire another electrician to fix what was not done correctly. I was happy with the shower stall installation, but it cost me way too much for the work done and after they installed the vanity, the bathroom door hits the vanity. When I talked with them (Charlie), he said he wanted to make it right, but I did not trust at that point and then I never heard from him again when I emailed him to fix the door.

We apologize that you feel that way. Charlie has attempted to contact you and has not heard a response in regards to wrapping up the job. In response to the door and the permit, those were both decisions made by the homeowner, not the plumber. The vanity was purchased by the homeowner, we only installed and installed all plumbing correctly as per code, unfortunately the purchased item was too large for the bathroom as mentioned. We would be happy to rectify the situation and recommend another electrician if needed. Feel free to call at any point.
