He is honest and very professionally polite. He quoted two possible prices before seeing the project. We set a calendar date. Phil phoned before leaving his place of business to verify that I would be home and he arrived as scheduled. When he reviewed the project, he decided the lower original quoted price was appropriate. Honest man! He utilized appropriate safety equipment and explained what the process entailed, got to work, finished the task, and summarized results. I immediately discussed the next job I want done. I will hire Phil again. His is now my first choice.

Phil was professional and punctual to utmost degree. Excellent work and skills. Worked from 800am till dusk to complete job More than pressure washing, he is the consummate handyman Jack of all trades. Wonderful working with and breath of fresh air in this area where honesty and attention to details as well as punctuality are a prized commodity. Hire this man who does so much more including painting, gutter cleaning , pressure washing.
