The Boilerman saved me on New Years Eve! I got in over my head with a valve installation on my water main and thought FOR SURE I was going to completely flood my basement. He reassured me that everything was going to be ok over the phone, arrived when promised, talked me off the ledge, and promptly fixed the problem I'd created and helped me install the valve as intended. I really appreciated his expertise, assurance, good nature, and humor. Highly recommend!

Prompt response and outreach to get more information about the drain problem. My work schedule did not allow for me to meet in person so Eric allowed me to send a video. This worked very well to get an estimate of the work. ON TIME. ON BUDGET. Eric texted me about a slight delay and arrived within a very tight window ( on a Sunday-my only free day this week) He tried the least expensive solution first. CLEAN UP: Eric treated my home with respect. Time was tight for me so his full clean up was not possible. It was my choice to finish the cleanup myself. Based on my first experience, I would hire Eric Boilerman again.

Well pipe died; needed immediate repair. Mr. Soto arrived promptly on Sunday afternoon to check out the problem. Returned with crew and worked all day Monday, successfully finishing the job well into the evening. The experience was in all respects a positive one. Heartily recommended!
