In addition to them installing the tank, I also had them install an outdated water line located in the basement of our home. Excellent work and the clean up was perfect. "We hired Chris to do plumbing repair work on two separate jobs in our home. He repaired faucets in two bathrooms & the kitchen sink. And he replaced a wax ring on a toilet and added a shut off valve to the swimming pool water line. We have been extremely satisfied with his workmanship. And he explains everything that he is doing in detail so we could understood exactly what he was going to accomplish. Chris is professional and leaves area clean afterwords. He also respects your home while entering and leaving to get parts or equipment from his vehicle. We would highly recommend Chris to friends & family and to anyone in need of a plumber. "Found my hot water tank leaking steadily at 8:30 am the Friday before xmas. Talked to several other companies that could have someone come out on Monday (for a fee) to take a look at it. Called Renewal at 9:10 am. Matt called me back at 9:15 and said he would come by after his next appointment and take a look. He was there by 10:30. He quoted a very reasonable price to purchase and install a new tank THAT DAY. (Note that my home requires a PowerVent water tank; more expensive and a little more difficult to install.) By 2:30pm He had the entire job finished and at the price quoted! Matt was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use him for my future planned projects and am recommending him to friends and family."

"I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! Ryan and Shane did a fantastic job!! I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors!!!"
