Doug was very honest and knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing our refrigerator. Said it would be too costly, better to get a new one. Appreciated his honesty.

This person is the operator of Appliance Dr. Lancaster, OH. We paid him $100.00 cash for the service call. He stated he would order the part for the burner on the stove. He called stating he would be there between 12 &3 on Monday. He called at 9pm stating he just got home and he would come Tues. at 12 noon. It is now 5pm and there has been no word from him. I am glad that I did Not pay him for the entire job. He doesn't is very irresponsible, and I would NOT hire him for anything. I will just purchase a new range istead of getting this one fixed.

Yes, was late every time he came. Took Doug 3 weeks to finally finish the job. He was very expensive. Doug was very polite.

Doug & Doug tackled the job bravely, as I don’t think they had done this exact job before. (Replaced Motor) It’s been over a month ago and I am very happy with having my Kitchen Exhaust Fan back! They did a great job and I wanted to send them another BIG THANK YOU! I’ll definitely hire them again!
