We had an existing pole barn, 24'w x 34'd x 12'h enclosed. I had (2) windows & (1) 60" door for Terry to install. Terry was also responsible for the 8' h x 12'w garage door, house wrap & vinyl siding to match existing home. The craftsmanship & attention to details were as we wanted. Terry and his nephew did an outstanding job in rebuilding my back staircase. They arrived at 8:00 AM and were finished at 12:45 PM. The finished product is wonderful. Should I need any additional work performed for the deck or porch, I know who to contact. Thank you Terry.

did a poor quality job and promised to comeback and did not respond to my messages for calls or emails and did not completed the job. Did really a bad job did not completed anything. He ignored my messages, He over charged me.

Details in story below but Bottom line: Terry is a pro. He showed up, on time, looked at what we needed and got to work building a sturdy set of steps for my mom’s garage. We had been trying to get the stairs done for around 2 months and the other guy kept not showing up and/or showing up and working for 10 minutes and then leaving, he seemed to be the unluckiest dude ever. Excuse after excuse, and mom kept giving the guy more chances. Well, after calling Terry and scheduling, he showed up first thing, and we had stairs well before lunchtime. My mom is so happy to have safe stairs into the garage. She’s already thinking of other jobs. Lol. Thanks Terry.

I hired Terry to do a small project on my 12' x 20' shed. He well exceeded all expectations with his craftsmanship. If you need a carpenter - This is who you should hire. His work is stellar!!! I will be hiring him again.

Was doing some home remodeling and had a couple contractors come in for various jobs. They would skip days and not show up when they said. Mr. Osborne was very knowledgeable and helped us decide the best way to go. He showed when he said he would and always messaged back in a timely matter to answer questions. I wish we had coke across him before hiring others. Will hire again.
