Original estimate was for just under $4,000 and I was told I would pay extra for anything over the quote, but that it, "probably wouldn't be much, if any." I was thrilled. I immediately signed and cancelled the other estimates I had scheduled. On the day of work, the Technician stopped 1/3 of the way through and stated he used all the foam that was allotted and that any additional work would cost extra. When he was done, my project wound up costing almost $10,000. Voicemails to the project manager went unreturned for a week and a half. Finally received an email after escalating and got a simple email stating that the tech shaved off some cost and that I authorized the additional work. Needless to say, this felt like a bait and switch and left me with an extremely poor opinion of this company. Needless to say, I will never be doing work with TerraFirma again.

Skyler and TerraFirma far exceeded our expectations. The injection process of the foam raised our cracked garage floor back to level. Skyler’s customer service was the best. I highly recommend TerraFirma and hope that you get Skyler as the person doing the work… you will not be disappointed!
