Tennessee Water Technology

This company is complete garbage. everything that comes out of their mouth is lies. they are completely rude and very unprofessional. first they advertise as offering financing they hurry and get it installed before the 3rd party bank contacts you to let you know it's over 11 percent interest rate. so, you end up paying damn dear 3 times the price of the system. guarantee they do that on purpose. because i told them for that they could come get the system. they then told me restock fee was thousands. they really know how to get you. then they offer this Losey promotion for 5 years' worth of soaps and detergents which isn't worth a crap a small box of stuff. it is a complete joke. I would highly recommend stay away from this company. they offer lifetime warranty but ever service call is a major charge. you are better off buying a system that last 5 years for 2 to 3 thousand and just replace as needed. you will come out the same and not to have to deal with this scam company.

I am so pleased with my new water filtration system. I could tell the difference in the water almost immediately it just felt and smelled so much cleaner. The taste is definitely improved. Everyone was professional and super nice. Customer service is easy to reach with real people to talk to. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to put a water filtration system inside their home.

Drew was great to work with while making decision on which company I was going to have install a system. We are on a private well and I wanted to be certain we covered all bases. Drew was very informative and patient, understood the fact I was looking at different companies. Once we settled on TN Water and Air Technology their response time for installation was great. Tim was installer and his work was quick, efficient and he explained well as he did the install. He carefully removed existing system prior to installing the new system as well. Start to finish a very personable and professional group of folks to work with. I would definitely recommend.

Super helpful and honest! Didn't try to charge me for an expensive system that I was willing to pay for if needed. Would not go with anyone else in the future.

I am writing this review as an update on my previous review dated 5/10/23. The owner of Tennessee Water and Air phoned me yesterday and was very apologetic and explained to me there was an unacceptable mix up regarding my test results. He further insisted that I allow him to give me a full refund of $168.00 and allow them to also do the arsenic test at no charge as well, I told him that it was not necessary to refund me as they did do the work and just him calling with the explanation was enough in my book. But he was insistent and assured me that?s not how Tennessee Water and Air conducted business. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity of Tennessee Water and Air and would and will highly recommend them.
