Wife and I are established customers. We had a size problem with one piece of equiptment. They made a suggestion which solved our problem nicely. Quick service plus no equiptment expence.

they were on time very efficent, did a good job and did not leave a mess. They even did a little extra plumb ing that was needed.........would hire them again and would r4ecommend them........

Sales understood I wanted to replace gas water heater. But tested my water, told me about their water filtration system, I asked the price & said I wasn't interested ($2400). Sold me new water heater w/recirculator for $1350, more than I expected (recirc. was $450, owner told me that prior). Installer was there 2 days later.After an hour or so,sales rep came out. My old heater was out, but new one vented differently than old one-I was sold wrong type of heater. To get right one would add $600 to cost, or they could put my old one back in. I pd. extra. Total: $1950. Saw 50-gal gas model for $800 at Home Depot, I probably overspent by $200.

We made 3 call backs about the work with questions to understand how everything work. I have no complaints about his work. I would recommend to a friend. I have no problems with them.
