When I saw the finished work I thought Iâ d moved into a new house. The slate roof and brick siding looked brand new instead of 80 years old. I told the owner that they were a little higher than two other quotes I had received, but I am very happy I paid more. Well worth the extra! 5 stars!

Contracted to clean our asphalt shingle roof. Cost was $1291.50. The crew was professional in their effort, and, importantly, did an excellent job of preventing damage to our extensive plantings. When they were done there were still obvious stains and mold/moss on the roof. They explained that the roof would continue to "clean" as rain would remove the remaining "dead" material. It has been 6 weeks since the cleaning, with many significant rains, and, while cleaner than when they started, there are still obvious mold stains on the roof. For the price I expected a clean roof, and Vesta Wash did not deliver. I reached out to them to make the job right, but have had zero follow up.
Response from Company:
I looked at before and after photos. Roof was very dirty. We recommend waiting 6 to 8 weeks for stains and moss to wash off. In some cases it may take longer. The only way to get immediate results is to use a pressure washer, but that will damage roof. We use a gentle cleaner softwash method and do not you an excessive amount of cleaner that can damage pants. We offer a 1 year spot free guarantee and a 5 year limited warranty. Our notes show that we came back 10/12 and spot clean a couple minor stains.

Very professional from beginning to end. I needed to have my roof, gutters, siding, deck, and concrete cleaned. Tim Teed inspected the job and explained his methods clearly. He gave me a reasonable quotation on the spot. Jason and David came at the scheduled time and did a thorough job. They were courteous and pleasant to deal with. My old house looks new again.
