I hired a company highly reviewed on this site that walked off the job site prior to even starting, claiming he didn't charge enough as we negotiated the price. I waited 2 weeks to start this job and now I had no contractor. I called Dave Taylor early on a Monday afternoon for a quote, he showed up later that day. Monday evening he called and asked if he could start on Tuesday morning (!), when the other guy was to actually start painting. Dave and John showed up at 8:30 and the job was completed by noon on Wednesday. Taylor'd Painting was to start a 2 week job and he literally squeezed us in. I didn't feel I was in a position to negotiate a price, but we did I think we're both quite satisfied. I can't say enough about these guys, hire them today!

We asked Dave for two projects 1) prepare and restrain a large deck and 2) remove, replace and paint miscellaneous wood trim on the exterior of the house. Dave contacted us within minutes of our request, arrived in the late afternoon to give us an estimate and began within a week or so. He did what he said he would and in a timely manner. He kept us informed each step of the way. We were so happy with his work we asked him to do another interior project.
