We highly recommend Anthony and Tar Star Roofing. Our roof project was challenging due to constant weather delays, but Tony stayed in close communication every step of the way, calling regularly with updates and showed up ready to work when the weather allowed. Anthony handled a difficult roofing job with professionalism, honesty. He made all the right adjustments along the way and even helped us with another little project we were working on. Tony clearly takes pride in doing the job correctly. It’s hard to find contractors who are this reliable and genuinely care about their customers. During a recent heavy rainstorm, our porch roof started leaking enthusiastically. I found Anthony Mitchell (Tar Star Roofing) through Angi and I’m so glad I did. He was able to come by that very day and inspect the roof. He was very upfront about cost which I appreciated. We were expected another round of rain at the beginning of the following week, so he rearranged things to be able to fit me in just 2 days later. He completed the work within one day. Throughout the process he gave me updates on what he was doing, and explained everything clearly. While inspecting the property Anthony noticed that the railing on our side deck was coming loose, causing a hazard to the cars parked under it. He very kindly secured it for us, and didn’t even charge us. I will definitely hire him for future projects!

Tar Star Roofing (Anthony) responded in one day, inspected my roof and provided a quote the next day. The crew started work a couple days later, very professional, experienced and courteous. They completed the job on time and to my complete satisfaction. Communications from Anthony were constant, including recommendations on additional repairs as damage was found, photo documentation and expert advice. I highly recommend Tar Star Roofing for any roofing needs.
