DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! The most unprofessional unskilled contractors you will ever meet. ALL their work is sub contracted out. Hired them to dorm out our bathroom. First the skylights they installed leaked thank god it rained. They couldn?t measured anything correctly which cost me thousands in extra material. The workers are sub contractors who have no idea what they?re doing. Pocket door installation was a fail the tile they laid for the bathroom floor was creaking against the tub which they cracked installing and they couldn?t even hang a towel rack evenly. Paul the moron is a product of daddy?s business who you can tell never had a job outside or working for his dad.

Expert drywall, taping and finishing. The room looks great and the people were a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job. Were very pleasant and cleaned up everything when they were done. Would highly recommend.

Tanem did a fantastic job building and anchoring this intricate and complicated pergola. They put it together with ease and with a smile. All the team (5+ guys) were super courteous and friendly and banged it out in no time at all. Very pleased with the result and the price was competitive. Will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Much more than I expected of this job the job was a huge job. He cleaned up completely, and after he was through, I was really shocked at how much better it came out.

omy i cannot say enough about this company.. I shopped around big time and this company not only had the best before and after photos but after asking around, this company updated the house of 2 people I know. Me, being extremely frugal still shopped around for a bit and came to the conclusion that they would be my choice and boy oh boy am i happy about the result. The gave life to my apartment.. Great kitchen, great plumbing and heating work and now I will use them for both small and large projects. Even my mom is getting in on the action and she is normally not one to do spend money on updating anything unless she thinks its a fair price. The job was done in no time.. No mess and just fantastic communication all around! :) VERY HAPPY and you will too.

New complete door replaced In 5 hrs , great job.. done.. Plesent people works. Would definitely use them agian.

We found Paul and Gene at Tanem construction through Homeadvisor 4 years ago and have had a project with them every year since. From finishing our basement during Covid, adding a full bathroom wet bar and laundry room, to restoring and building our front stoop to adding heated floor and a 2nd floor full bathroom restoration, to even the smallest of jobs in roof repairs and ceiling leaks.
