Reviews
Write a ReviewIf I could give Talo 10 stars I would. He was incredibly fast and efficient. He listens to your every detail and what he designed was identical to what I envisioned. The price was right and I will totally be coming back for all my architect needs.
Architecture drawings for a minor remodel were done on time and on budget. The town asked for one update to the drawings and Talo Architect made the update promptly. This update required consulting a licensed engineer. Talo was able to get input from an engineer and update the drawings accordingly very quickly. Talo is a very competent architect. He keeps abreast with the latest building and energy saving techniques by attending training and seminars. I had a great conversation with him about above-sheathing roof insulation - a technique that is highly recommended by building science professionals but not known to many architects and roofing companies. He is also very familiar with net-zero (or near-net-zero) home remodeling. I highly recommend Talo Architect.
The job is just beginning. I will have more information give upon completion.
