He was truly extraordinary from start to finish, and I genuinely felt lucky to have found someone this talented, reliable, and kind. From the moment he arrived, it was clear I was dealing with a true professional. He was punctual, friendly, and came fully prepared with all the tools he might need for the job. What impressed me most wasn’t just his skills (which was top-tier), but his attitude. He was respectful of my space, super easy to communicate with, and genuinely enthusiastic about the work. His attention to detail was impeccable. I had just moved in and had a long list of tasks—mounting TVs, hanging shelves and curtain rods, assembling furniture—and Dino tackled every single one with skill, speed, and a can-do attitude. Nothing phased him. He was incredibly precise when it came to mounting the TVs, especially taking care to position them at the perfect eye level for comfort. "Leonardo Lage and his employees are courteous, professional, and clean. I contacted him about a week ago and indicated that I had a project that needed to be completed within a weeks time. Two twin beds need to be removed from a bedroom and disposed of, five small pieces of furniture needed to be sanded down and repainted, and a new Queen size bed and mattress needed to be assembled. Leonardo arranged to have the furniture removed from our premises and renewed in this off premises workshop. This allowed our house to remain free of dust and dirt. Leonardo completed the project within the appointed time promised. I am completely satisfied with the work he and his staff did."
