Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company.

One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had with a plumbing company. From the start, the technician showed no real interest in fixing the issue we called about. Instead, he focused on upselling other services ? suggesting we replace our pressure regulator for $1,900, swap out our Toto toilets for their own brand, and even replace our fully functional water heater. When we told him we only wanted the garbage disposal fixed, he didn?t even inspect it. He simply quoted $290 to unclog it or $1,100 to replace it. At that point, I decided not to proceed with this company. He charged $80 just for showing up and left. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
