Stay far away from this company. Mr. Thomas Williams Power washed my house without using a ladder, he explained he was afraid of ladders, because he?s heard horror stories of people falling off of them. When it came time for him to clean the top of my house, the Pressure wash spray went underneath my siding, he explained that this wouldn?t be a problem that he?s never had anyone to complain about it. The top of my house was not cleaned properly. I had to borrow a ladder from my neighbor and insisted that Mr. Williams used the ladder to clean my house at the top. He agreed to get on the ladder, but not with the pressure washer, he did so with my water hose and a bottle of Clorox. Once again, stay away from this company??

I did explain I don't like ladders. I use a soft wash system which I explained and the solution was sodium hyperchlorinate, which is industrial grade bleach. This was less that perfect client, but it worked out okay.
