Engaged Todd to do an inspection of the roof after hail hit. Todd was very professional with the inspection and detailed on the findings with a proposal. Then, Todd did a walkthrough of the process and provided gave right guidance for roof replacement and insurance claim process. All work was scheduled on my convenience and completed as per schedule and on time. Appreciate the commitment shown by Todd in getting the work completed.

I was dreading starting the process of replacing my roof through my insurance after a hailstorm. I found this company, and Todd made the process quick and seamless. He guided me through the steps so all I had to do was sign a few things online with him and my insurance, and that's as hard as it got on my end. He is professional and trustworthy. TTLC was the BEST Roofing Company that I have ever used. They did an excellent job, the crew was professional and did the install in one day. I contacted TTLC to inspect my home for storm damage. Todd walked me through the process and answered all my questions. TTLC worked with my insurance company and ensured that everything that needed replacement was covered. The work was done last week as soon as the weather permitted. The workers were all very courteous. I have an extremely steep pitch on my roof making it difficult to climb, but it could've been flat to watch these guys up there!. The siding was also completed in a single day and once again, the workers were courteous and did a great job. The gutters and downspouts were installed the following day in the pouring rain. Everything was completely cleaned up. Todd checked the work each day while it was being done and then did a final walk-through with me after the job was completed. I am extremely happy with the job everyone has done.

TTLC’s Chris Rojo went above and beyond my expectations. My original siding was damaged in a hail storm. Chris went to bat for me! Met with the insurance inspector. Walk through every bit of the house. He said he was negotiating for new siding for my house. I told him that I didn’t think it could be done. He proved me wrong! He got the funds and did the job.
