Cynthia J. was our HVAC technician. She is extremely knowledgeable and terrific personality. An excellent representative of TR Miller. She arrived promptly as promised. When here she stayed in her COVID-19 gear. She explained everything she was going to do and what the maintenance readings were and what they meant. Thank you Cynthia. You will go far at TR MILLER due to your knowledge, expertise and personality. We have always felt comfortable having TR MILLER as our professional Heating and Cooling service. We have been in Naperville over three yeats now and always use TR Miller. We highly recommend TR MILLER. TR MILLER has the best professional HVAC team we have ever seen. It was a pleasure having Cynthia J. check our HVAC and heating system. No matter who is sent out when you call, rest assured you will always get a professional who knows what needs to be done the first time correctly. From the first contact this year, for our semi annual check-up, with the fantastic personable ladies in the office to Cynthia, this, as always, was a very comfortable easy service call for us to make. They installed both a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I did a great job,, and they were courteous and punctual. I would definitely use them again and recommend thwm.
