A month after the job was completed. nicely by the way. i had a small problem with the ceiling. they came back out a fixed the problem free of charge. great customer service

Hired them for a real estate client to paint entire town home. Crew left a mess, with half filled cups and debris left all over the unit. Also their crew didn't put the unit back the way they found it, leaving doors off closets, laying on the floor, drapes and curtain rods in the middle of the floor, and vent covers left off for us to put back on. Painting job they did was decent, but their lack of attention to the details in finishing a job was not.

Very courteous, on time, kept me informed throughout the day of where they were at on the schedule. I was also surprised how quiet they were.

From beginning to end the WORST contractor/vendor I have ever dealt with. Wanted the check made out to a person rather than the company, which I find suspect, and I was labeled "difficult" because I questioned the practice. The painting job itself was adequate at best. They left behind used water bottles, half empty pop containers from fast food restaurants, threw drapes and the smoke detector on the floor. Doors were all left off their hinges. They must have sprayed something on the lawn because it has an outline of tan on the green grass. Even though asked nicely to turn up the thermostat in the evening it was left at 65 over the holiday when no one was there. They left a mess and I have the photos that prove it. Left messages and an email for the person I assume is the owner. Despite photo evidence to the contrary he doesn't think they left a mess. He was EXTREMELY rude and quite obviously doesn't like to have conversations with a woman who simply questioned him. There may be some latent chauvinistic tendencies present in his interactions with females. Very unprofessional.

Through the HomeAdvisor, I got Marco to paint my house (interior). Marco is such an honest and a skillful guy dedicated to his work. He is very moderate in his pricing. I can recommend Marco to any Homeowner who wants to paint his house. You can count on him to get work done and done well to your satisfaction. I am very satisfied with his work.

Although TRM completed the painting of the interior of our home, they did not remove the electrical face plates but instead just painted around them, requiring us to remove them to paint the areas that the painters missed. They also seemed to be rushed to complete the work as soon as they could, requiring us to touch up several areas after they left. Also the original price verbally quoted by TRM for painting the closets was increased at the last moment but we told them to paint the closets regardless at the higher price.
