Reviews
Write a ReviewI am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of customer service I received from Tri-County Drywall LLC. The company installed a towel rack that is noticeably crooked and out of level. This is a simple fixture that should have been installed with basic attention to detail, yet the finished product is visibly uneven and detracts from the appearance of the newly finished bathroom. As soon as I noticed the problem, I immediately contacted the owner and sent a photo showing my concern. My message was read, but I received no response and no attempt was made to address or correct the issue. Mistakes can happen on any job, but I expected a professional contractor to stand behind the quality of the work and communicate with the customer when a legitimate concern was raised. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tri-County Drywall LLC.
They were very knowledgeable, did a really good job, and left the place nice and clean.
I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and overall quality of the work. I have used a few other drywall companies, and this is the best to work with!
He does a good job, he is on time, and he cleans up.
