INSURANCE FRAUD SCAM! Larry Tinlin of TRC Services (our neighbor) approached us for a hail damage claim. After our insurance company paid us to replace the roof, siding & gutters, Larry begged us not to bid out the work. He informed us that he would get paid additional money for owning all three trades. We expressed concern that this felt like an insurance scam. With fake tears welling up in his eyes, he told us we were good friends and neighbors and that he would never do that! Larry requested additional supplements (that were already covered in the contracts we had with TRC Services) from our insurance company without informing us or requesting a change order. Lucky for us, we received the supplement detail and check due to the claim being so large that the bank had to hold the money (otherwise it would have gone directly to TRC and we would have been none the wiser). Since then, they have verbally assaulted and threatened us and put a lien on our home!

I hired TRC Services to reshingle my primary residence. Owner, Larry, came out himself to provide quote, which he was able to do over the phone, and oversaw the project. He was very easy to deal with. He was easy to get ahold of and kept me informed through the process. Would very highly recommend and would hire again.
