"Simon from Indianapolis took out my bathtub and put in a walk in shower. He did a great job. I love the finished work. What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job."

"This was a rental property project to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. I needed a budgetary quote and contacted several installers but all of them wanted to schedule a sales visit before they would even provide a general price range. Fortunately I contacted Mike and after answering a few of his questions he was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone and then email me information to review. After deciding to move forward with the project Mike scheduled a brief visit to the property and after choosing from samples, a written quote (matching the estimate) was provided and a start date was scheduled. The estimated time to complete the project was two days but because the original installation was older and an extra day was needed to replace the badly deteriorated cast iron drain, waste and vent lines with PVC. Mike followed up after project was completed to make sure all was satisfactory. They did a great job and I will definitely be using them for future projects. All pros listed were great plumbers. In checking their web sites, only ZOOM DRAIN appeared to offer all the specialized services and tools [pipe video, underground pipe locator, hydro jetting] I needed. I called ZOOM DRAIN and spoke with Brooke. She was a great help. James and Josh showed up on time the next day and did their magic. They replaced six feet of the broken drainage pipe. And we were 100% fixed. They even caulked the solvent welded new pipe fittings to add extra protection from future tree root damage. I avoided the full house-to-street tractor trenching done by my neighbors. I felt treated like FAMILY by all from ZOOM DRAIN! I thought their pricing was more than fair for the work involved.
