Todd is a very nice gentleman. I needed him to fix my shade which was done and he wanted to come by yesterday but Iâ ve been sick for almost a week so I asked him if we can do it another time. He is very accommodating and reliable.

I had them restring a woven wood shade in our kitchen. Unfortunately (not their fault) the string broke again. Todd explained to me that it appeared to have been cut (he showed it to me). I have no idea how it happened, but I am convinced that it was not their fault. Normally, strings slowly fray and eventually break. He repaired it for me. I expected to receive a bill but never did. Thank you Todd for going above and beyond expectations. We will definitely use your services again.

This company was prompt to respond to my call, and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Eddie was very professional and easy to understand on the phone, helped define the job, and gave me an accurate quote. Caesar completed the repair of my Roman shades in a professional manner, and gave me some good tips on how to take care of my shades so that the damage wouldn't happen again. I'm very happy with this experience!
