Tim Oaks was very pleasant to work with. He has excellent customer service skills and manners. I am amazed at how hard and dedicated this young man is. Follow up 12/30/2022-- Tim was supposed to come back and put on a spray coat in the fall and as of 12/30/2022, has failed to comply.

Back in April 2021 Tim added a new caliche base road for me which was poorly done in my land in seguin Texas. Yesterday in September 2021 the road is washing away and 2 feet on each side of the culvert is exposed. I contacted the contractor by text requesting a full refund. Tim has refused to refund the monies. At this point I will not even want him to contact me because he has been very rude and defensive. I paid top dollar for a subpar road $4k in cash. I will never hire this individual again for his poor workmanship done on my property. I believe because I do not speak good English and I am Hispanic that he could smooth talk me into agreeing with him doing the least possible on this project. I would like Homeadvisor to assist me once more in trying to get a refund.

Hector, you are a very dishonest individual. First off you had requested a temporary construction base road and culvert for construction crews to access your land to build. We had agreed on 6? of road base before compaction and that is what we installed? the very next day after completion you did not want a construction driveway anymore but you wanted a pretty driveway so what did I do Hector? I Supplied 30 more tons of base and spread then compacted the driveway a second time free of charge? Sorry but you are not getting a refund!

LTS just asphalted 900 fat of a very steep road for us. I just canâ t say enough good things about LTS. The owner Tim went above and beyond our expectations. He is a very honest person, has an extraordinary work ethic, and kept all of his promises. What a breath of fresh air in todayâ s environment of not getting what you paid for. I highly recommend him if youâ re looking foe someone to asphalt your road.
