First, we appreciate working with young entrepreneurs. Ty was exceptional. His quote exceeded above the others. There was no need to go back and worth.. We didn’t have the time or desire to do so with his competitors. Ty updated us each step along the way. They were polite/respectful, and punctual, They removed the pine tree, filled the hole and removed all remaining branches. We could not be happier. Finding young, reliable people can be stressful but not with Ty. We will certainly recommend him to family and friends. We understand his scope of services and will not hesitate to use him again, if needed. It’s most unfortunate I cannot upload before and after. If there’s another way, please advise.

In my judgement, this is a fairly new company working to gain access to a market that is fraught with entry level hopefuls. Success in the market of landscape work depends largely on matching market demand with the skill set level that exists within the company and to provide satisfactory service to meet predetermined customer quality standards. In other words, clearly defining the landscaping tasks and the quality of work expected, spelled out in a written proposal. Those seeking a quick buck will never fly long term. This company is clearly in the process of defining itself and measuring the quality standards and effort that is necessary in order to gain customer satisfaction and in turn, be rewarded with a word of mouth reviews and recommendations. The work that we had agreed to be done and the price was predetermined but verbally. They left before the job was completed. Price was adjusted. We wish them well.
