I actually hired him to texture the ceilings. I hired another pro to do the stucco. Kenny originally agreed on a price with me and then raised the price I ended up paying him less because the job did not turn out looking good. He also left a mess and did not clean up.

Did an excellent job. He came out and know exactly what the issue was and fixed it, cleaned up and left. Everything was good it was no problem at all.

He responded to my request almost immediately. We spoke by phone and scheduled his site visit to my home for a few hours later. He showed up as planned looked at the stucco repair required and also my drywall repairs both as a result of a recent water pipe leak. He quoted me on the spot which i accepted and he asked if it was ok to start right then to which I said of course. He came back the next day to finish. I could not ask for or expect better service and in the end high quality workmanship. I'm a retired contractor and must say have never found many subcontractors as good as TK Construction - I highly recommend him.

They did it right away when they came to give estimate so that was good. Looks like good job but I am not familiar with stucco work. Made a mess on my new pavers and were not really cleaning it up till I pushed. Could not give me an Invoice for work done but expected payment right away. Did not have a business card. I suddenly was feeling like I was dealing with a fly by night business and who do I go back to if there are problems. Still supposed to email me an invoice, will see if it happens.

On time, efficient, great work and cleaned up after.
