TH Pool, Decking & Driveways

Ron provided a great quote. Took our tired and excessively cracked pool deck and brought it back to New. He also did our front walk and driveway. Both himself and his daughter were courteous and professional. We were kept up to speed on schedule via text when weather washout days shut us down. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Ron exceeded our expectations.

Theresa and her crew were simply amazing; everything from pricing, communication , and quality of work. They were very friendly too and it was the best quote that I have got.

Our pool deck looks new. The price was reasonable and the job was performed in a timely manner. We were out of town when the work started and our pool skimmer pump was on a timer. The pump started in the middle of the job and kept running after the strainer basket became clogged. Everything is fine now that we have replaced the pump. Update: The pool deck looks great after nearly 2 years.

We had some issues with the big storm but Ron corrected it and the deck looks good --cracks are covered too.

Ron did a great job. We're very pleased with the results.

They told me they were returning to repair the problem, stopped by gave me a date for the repair, cancelled that day, rescheduled for another date due to a commitment in South Florida and now does not return my phone calls or text messages. Next step will be legal action.

Ron is one of the hardest working person I've seen since moving to this state. He showed up on time, never stopped, and took the time to explain what and why he did what he did. Left the job in excellent shape. I'm planning on using his services on my driveway.

Hired to repair crack in driveway resurface and paint drive and walkway 5/20/19. Paint splattered on house and garage that we needed to fix afterwards. Crack reopened not in one spot the whole crack up the drive. Called7/12/19 he said he would come look at it, he never did. Sent messages with pictures 7/25/19, 7/27/19 and 8/19/19 NO RESPONSE. $2000 job and within 2 months his repair job looks as if he did nothing. Apparently, he and his wife like taking people's money, have poor customer service, poor workmanship or they just do not care about their business and clients. Small Claims Court sounds like my next step as they have chosen to ignore me. I work for my money and do not just like to throw it away.

So the initial color I CHOSE was a mistake!!! But they came back and fixed my mistake....how many places would do that!!! Can t say enough good things about TH Pools. Thank you for all the hard work!
