Billy Davis was professional, friendly and prompt. He scheduled our project when he said he would, arrived on time, and finished in a timely manner. The landscaping looks beautiful. The timeline from my request for information to the job being finished was less than 2 weeks. Excellent work!

I was very disappointed with the job done. He was supposed to power wash the exterior of the house and clean and flush all the gutters and wash one window I cannot reach. He did not even bring a ladder when he arrived the first time, he borrowed one from my neighbor! He did not do the tasks he quoted to me the first time so I had to have him back a second time. The gutters on the back of my house are 2 stories off the ground. He arrived with a 6 ft step ladder and no hose. When I asked how he proposed cleaning the gutters he said **That is a good question** I had to explain to him how to access the roof. He never flushed the gutters or downspouts to ensure they were draining properly, he left debris from the gutters on my deck and sidewalk and he did a terrible job washing the one window I asked him to do. He came and quoted the job so he knew exactly what he promising to do. He was totally ill-equipped to do the work.

They did a great job cutting back the overgrown bushes. I recommend getting details of what is included in the job. As I thought the clearing of the weeds were a part of the lawn mowing service. A misunderstanding.
