This was for home not business. Really great company. Communications were efficient and timely and clear. We knew what to expect and what the cost would be. We worked with Bobby and he explained what would be done in detail. He was easy to work with and the resulting camera placement and images are clear and exactly what we wanted. He made suggestions and explained why he was installing the cameras a certain way. It was overall a great experience. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I met Gabriel during our walk-through of my office building, he was professional, informative, experienced, and empathetic. Although I had two other quotes from vendors with relatively similar pricing, his follow-through and attentiveness easily convinced me to use his company. Regarding the installation, Gabriel suggested we do it on a Saturday so he wouldn't inconvenience any of my tenants, for which I was very grateful. The installation was handled by his service team Ivan and Sal, and they did a great job! Needed to access my account, adjust my cameras then adding additional cameras, technician Ivan came out was very on point and knowledgeable, surveyed my site and made the additional install so smooth without any disruption to my operation, really appreciate the fast turnaround!

I cannot be more satisfied with the service that TCI Engineered Systems provided. From the very first phone call to the completed job, they were the consummate professionals, answering patiently every question, always responding to every call and email promptly, following up with complete answers and detail, and being fair in their pricing. Gabriel and Bobby did an exceptional job in every aspect of the system design and installation. They even went beyond the scope of the work they agreed to do, always having a positive and constructive approach to every request. I interviewed several companies before I chose to go with TCI, and they were by far the best I found. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly to anyone. They are honest and I felt their advice was always in my best interests instead of trying to sell me something more than I needed, or convincing me to do something that was unnecessary.

I?m very happy with my outdoor surveillance system. Ivan, the installer was great to work with and I?ve had to call him a few times with questions. He?s been really helpful and responsive. Initially, the number of security notifications we received after installing the system was overwhelming because we go in and out of the house frequently so we decided to silence the notifications during the day when we are home and turn them back on at night before we go to bed or when we leave the house. There is also a strobe light option (blue and red flashing lights that go on when someone approaches the house or walks along the sidewalk in front of our home). The lights are bright so we turn them off during the day and activate them at night before we go to bed. Haven?t had to retrieve any video footage as of yet. We are pleased with the quality of the camera footage and service provided by TC Engineering . Just wish the system came with a quick reference manual with basic instructions.

Contacted TCI to install security cameras at the guest house of my property. Really good people - Ivan?s a cool dude. I Have them coming back down to install more cameras at my office & other property. If you want trusted work - I recommend reaching out. Straight to business.
