"We wanted our backyard to host guests and the rest with a natural touch. Josef helped us come up with a mix of paver patio and turf. The design worked out better than we thought, making the space look bigger. His team handled the grading and laid a proper base under both sections. The turf drains well, and the pavers stay cool even in the heat. Everything is solid, ad we now use that part of the yard every weekend."

"The best recommendation I can give is that they just completed my master bath and I immediately hired them for my guest bathroom! The master bath included a complete demo, with heated floors, a glass shower, and all new fixtures. The entire team is fabulous, went out of their way to accommodate every request and finished within time and on budget. The work crew is outstanding, and a primary reason we are so satisfied. Luis who did all the tile work is a true artist and all around lovely person. They even did some work on the weekends, and left the space immaculate at the end of each day. They have a full time office staff, and responsive to anything we needed. They got all permits, and made sure every single detail was complete before sending the final bill. All around a wonderful experience, which can be pretty rare for contractors!"

"I cant explain enough, just how wonderful of an experience we had with Newland. The professionalism and patience that we received throughout the entire process gave us the assurance and value that we hoped we would get from such a demanding job. We began meeting with contractors to see what could be done so that our home could better suit our needs. We met with two other contractors before we met Terry with Newland. After our initial consultation with Terry we knew that Newland would be the company that would help us to make our home dreams a reality. We now have exactly what we wanted in an addition and our home is comfortable and beautiful. Our family of six is now happy and peaceful, and we aren t cramped and crowded for space anymore! The new master bathroom is so stunning and spacious that weve actually spent a significant amount of time in there just visiting with guests when we are showing off the remodel. We have well designed storage spaces, and our staircase fits beautifully in the downstairs space it took up. "We hired recently INA Kitchens for our major renovation. We had them remove 2 supporting walls between our Kitchen and dining room and from the guest bedroom to the family room. "I am very pleased with the work done on our home by Precision Home Remodeling. We had a leak from our air conditioner with severe water damage to 2 bathrooms, master bedroom, and hall. Kris from Precision Home Remodeling helped us to negotiate with our insurance company to get double the initial amount they offered for the repairs. Kris was able to give us a reasonable bid for the home repairs plus for additional work we needed for roofs on part of our home and flooring with baseboards throughout our house. We also requested a new window that other contractors had been unable to replace due to the restricted space around the old window. Kris also had great recommendations for a new mantel that included painting of old bricks and some new tile work around the fireplace. Our home is old and Kris from Precision Home Remodeling authorized extra work to paint our ceiling, replace wood in our patio for the new roof, and leveling of our floors. We are very happy with the final results."
