Write a ReviewTC was on time and did all work from beginning to end more than expected. Happy I hired them.
Won?t even provide a receipt for the $12,000 cash I gave Trevor
Your install was years ago and not from Angie list BS , when I texted you looking for old emails for contract.
The professional finished the job, unfortunately, he took a hostile approach to me after addressing concerns. I have tried to reach out to this professional several times and cannot get a response, and promises to show up are not fulfilled. Treats you like he is got his money and now does not want to fix mistakes , even though job is not adequate.
Replacement AC system was installed without a hitch. On time and as proposed.
tc cooling was the best out of the quotes i had gotten courteous clean did get the job done and no mess left
Couldn?t do the install because he couldn?t find the wiring to the thermostat, but he spent a while trying to find it. Very courteous.
Trevor Coates, the owner, lied about getting a permit and installed the unit without it. It took several months for him to provide the proper paperwork to the town. I called him many times and sent tons of e-mails, which I still have. He never back came to inspect the work that his incompetent crew did. Shortly after the condenser was installed, it began making a strange, whining noise. I contacted Mr. Coates about it and he never responded. Last October, when the unit was only 4 months old, I turned on the furnace for heat. The oil burner began making a loud rattling noise and smoked spewed from it. Then it stopped working. The man who came and fixed it had to re-do the thermostat wiring and the wiring in furnace. He said it had been done improperly and could have caused a fire. Now, just a few months later, the coil unit in the furnace came loose and dropped causing water to run out. My laundry room was flooded. We currently can't use the air conditioner and this is 6/22/2016. I have to get someone to fix it properly. Trevor Coates and TC Heating and Cooling have caused nothing but grief, and dangerous situations for us. I have no idea what else is going to happen. I do not want Trevor Coates in my house again. He took advantage of senior citizens and got away with it. He does shoddy work and I never want him in my home again. I'm so sorry I hired him. Now I'm going to have to take him to court.

There were 2 small problems with the initial installation but they were quickly fixed after I brought them to their attention.. They were there when they said they would be and were hard working..
We call T C Heating & Cooling to replace and install an outside AC. They came to install the first day we used the AC it would not cool our 2400 sq. ft house . We call them back 2 times before they can locate the problem. We also, needed a AHRI Certificate because our local Electric company were giving a rebate back to the home owner. However we called several times in a 2 month period and never got the AHRI Certificate we needed to get the rebate. The service is bad never gets back to me . And when you call you get an answering machine. I would not recommend this company.
