They were very quick to respond and helped me mitigate water penetration into my crawlspace with new french drains, replacement of existing drainage pipes that were filled with roots or broken, and a new sump pump in my crawlspace. We called Miguel from Paloma s Landscaping. His team had done brick work for us before and the job was well done. After the hard rain, we had pipe and drainage issues in the backyard affecting one side of the house. He found the problem and the solution. 10 stars! A !!! We hired Miguel and his team for a major yard cleanup of dead trees & limbs, trees & bushes that needed major cutting back, weed whacking and more. It was embarrassing to have anyone even come to give us an estimate. Miguel was a true professional and we talked through what he recommended. He wasn’t pushy and understood what our budget was and that we needed to prioritize. The team arrived at their scheduled time a few days later and they were also professional and fast. The morning flew by and then they had me check their work. I was blown away by everything they were able to accomplish! The truck was filled to the rim with all of the waste and the front and back yard look so much better! Miguel stopped by later to also check in. I shed some happy tears because it was such a relief! We will certainly use them again and I highly recommend them. :)

Mr. Phan is quick to give an estimate. Promised to start on Wednesday, started on Tuesday and finished in the start day. Quality work for my patio. Compacted gravel, rebar, excellent form, concrete mixed on site and poured. Used my reused coping stone as pavers in the walkway. Quick, efficient and quality work.
