They estimated 2 days for the project, a small back yard. We finally agreed the project was finished after over 2 weeks. Sprinkles that were supposed to be capped and leaked, seams that were totally unacceptable. Their coordination with their contractors was thin. I'm will say we are happy with the finished product, it took longer than expected.

contract shall be well specified, ie: material to be used, cat number, samples of material to be used, references to learn more about the product recommended, time and date they can start the work, duration of work, list all warranties, ie: material discoloration, reaction to heat, etc. workmanship, (contract is too generic)

I was pleased with not only the installation of my paver driveway and front walk, but also the work ethic and friendliness of the men doing the work. They showed up at 7:30 every morning and began working and worked through 5-5:30pm every day. The project manager was there every day and the design consultant came out during construction as well. I liked the original design of the project, but during construction the team pointed out some additional ideas that made a great job super. My wife and I are glad we chose System Pavers. Gary B. The work crews did an amazing job BUT the sales contractor and the job boss dropped the ball in providing good customer relations. We were PROMISED 4-5 days til completion but it has been 2 1/2 weeks and the job still isn't completed. The design we approved was not followed and all we heard was excuses for why the work wasn't progressing. We know that sometimes circumstances can delay a project but the lack of communication and unprofessional behaviors left a sour taste in our mouths.

I was very disappointed to learn a rebate had not been filed despite assurances that this $2000. reduction was in the system. I had asked for an April for a filing which apparently never been submitted. When I asked the contractor for the submission number to verify with the water company, I have no success. In addition, I have not received pictures of the "before" installation to resubmit. This is a lot of money to me. Other than this one very important aspect, the service and quality of the product and installation appears to be excellent.

They came out to apply a sealant on my pavers. I had them put in by an uncontracted person and didn't like how the color looked after he completed the job. He applied them OK but he wasn't a professional. I called this company and they came out to look at them and knew what to do. I'm happy with the results. The guys were very nice and attentive.
