Allen is a nice guy but he is NOT thorough in his work. I am not sure if it was him or his nephew that he hired. He said he was done and I found many many many spots that never had even seen a paint brush. Places like tops of trip boards, edges of base boards, windows, tops of doors, etc. I asked for everything to be sprayed. He only sprayed the doors. Said he had to brush the base and trim boards cuz he would have had to put plastic down. The room he sprayed the doors had overspray on the walls. And i found out after i paid him, he never painted the base boards in the room he used. WTF? I asked him to remove money from the quote since i had to repaint which he agreed to. I even had paper paper down on the floors and walls behind all trim boards to make his job easier. Painting is not rocket science but this job was not to my satisfaction.

Allen gave me an in person quote for painting in my hallway and a guest room. When he was here he helped me go through all the paint left by the owners to determine if we could use it to save $. He arrived early and completed the work extremely well and very neatly. He went through everything to make sure I was happy. I have already hired him for another job.
