Eric did a super job on my house. I would highly recommend Swash for all your pressure cleaning! I had him do my roof, driveway, walkways, house, and patio. They are all so clean!

Eric and his company did a very meticulous job. I was getting it ready to paint but it looks freshly painted now. They were on time and did more than was expected. There was no up sell and they had a list of maintenance that I need to do. They are honest hard working.

May 22, 2019, Tom in Deland FL. WOW! The perfect combination of punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, reasonable pricing, and top of the line equipment. Swash Inc, is a top tier service, Erik - the owner/operator carries all the appropriate insurance (this is what part of what separates a top tier business from the dozens of drive-by bargain priced pressure and house cleaning services), a self-contained truck with the tanks, pumps, hoses, chemicals etc. that allows him to clean and renew a roof to a stain and mold free bright finish without damaging the roofing material itself or any exposed plants or shrubs! The pricing is reasonable (I got competitive quotes before I chose Swash). Erik is extremely knowledgeable in his craft, explains what and how he will do the job, calls when he says he will, arrives when he says he will, works steadily and completes the job within the estimated timeframe. What is not to like! I will be using Swash in the future as my roof is prone to mold buildup over time with the new Florida extended high humidity seasons and Swash will be my go-to service going forward. Give Swash a call, and for your own financial safety, check and verify any pressure washing services liability and workmans compensation insurance before you choose another just to save a few bucks on a low-ball quote.
