I had a great experience. He was extremely professional & prompt. He replied immediately to my situation & kept a direct line of communication which was helpful throughout. He routinely kept me informed on the process & explained in depth on what exactly was the issue. He was very upfront & easily approachable when I had any questions in relation to the issue. I had 3 outlets that wasn't working. I for sure thought id have to have new wires pulled. Swansons electrician could have easily lied to me and made me pay more. I know people who would of, I would have been non wiser. The young man figured out all my issues in 20 minutes and was in and out. Efficient, cost friendly for a tight budget, punctual, knowledgeable. Also they squeezed me in on short notice. I cant say how much I appreciate them!!
