We were informed that a rebate was to be sent by Trane, but then were advised the rebate had expired. Supreme did give us a free maintanence agreement for a year to replace the expired rebate , which we thought was a good trade-off. They did get the unit into a very tight space and we do have to get a smaller filter to fit the unit, but agin a good trade off for the efficency of the unit. The installation was tight, but they did do a good job, if we can get them back to put some tape on the unit to fix an air leak.

Reasonable price and work done in one day. Hardworking people and very respectful of property. Two small issues included a broken attic entrance door and incorrectly written equipment serial number that got resolved after the manufacturer's rebate deadline. However, Supreme Air took responsibility for the mistakes and the issues were resolved. Mistakes may happen to the best of us. The key is that they strive to satisfy their customers. They're in my "good guys" list.

Alex was early for the initial appointment. His pricing was competitive and the work was scheduled and completed on time. The team of John and Jason did a great job and left the site clean and all systems operational.

I received quotes from 4 of service magics referrals for the installation of a new boiler and Supreme Air gave me the lowest quote; $1,200 cheaper than the company with the next lowest quote who would have taken 2 days to complete the job. On top of having the better price, they were able to complete the install in 1 day and the warranty was more beneficial. The crew was very polite, worked until the job was done, and the clean up was exceptional! I have not had any problems with my boiler so far but I have a great warranty and I was encouraged to call should I have any questions or concerns no matter how small. I would certainly recommend Supreme Air to anyone needing HVAC services.

Alex Kougianos came to my house, listened to my problem and suggested a heating system that met my needs. Supreme Air did a great job installing my new furnace and hot water heater. During the installation, Denny and Alex were very patient, and took care of all my concerns and answered my questions. The technicians were professional, courteous, and responsible. Supreme Air also performed maintenance on my central air conditioner. The entire experience was positive. I would highly recommend Supreme Air for ay heating and air conditioning needs.

Supreme Air did a great job at installing my new ductwork and air conditioning system. They performed a heat gain calculation and then designed the system to equally cool all parts of the house plus they worked within my design constraints of keeping all the ductwork well-hidden. The install mess was kept to a minimum and the final product does a great job at cooling the house and is very quiet. Good Job.
