    He installed & programmed a sprinkler system timer, repaired some existing lines, put in poorly by a prior contractor, & ran some drip lines for us. He was pleasant. Since the prior worker had used the wrong type of line for a sprinkler (kept leaking from underground - 4 times "repaired"), he had to go pick up a new line so it took a little longer & cost more than expected. But everything is working properly now. Thank you.

    Chris showed up right on time to fix my irrigation problems. It was kind of a surprise to me but he fixed the problem immediately, Badda Bing Badda Bang it was all fixed. And he gave me useful information on my future project. And didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or didn't need. Kudos Superior.

    he called and told me when he would arrive and did come on time. He perused the job and told us what he would need to do. He set to work and was done in a very timely manner. He cleaned up after, did not leave a mess and was very respectful.

    "Superior" they are not. They have an integrity issue - changed conditions of written contract on the fly with no concern to contact me to discuss and get approval before continuing work. I was out of town and asked them a couple of times via text what was going to be done for prep work prior to the sod going down. Originally this projected was scheduled to take two days, but was done within 8 hours. Contract stated they would lightly till, which they didn't do. Stated afterwards there was too much clay, so extent of work was to weed eat the weeds (sending rocks towards the house and car), spray a pre-emergent, blow in a top soil mulch mixture then lay down the sod. Contract also stated they would adjust existing sprinkler heads to the right depth. I thought this would be accomplished by digging around the piping to get the depth right; actual adjustment was to stomp on the heads with a boot heel. You might be wondering how I know what was done being I was out of town - my wife was home and witnessed everything. Guess they felt no one was home, so care and concern for others personal property or fulfilling certain points on the contract wasn't in mind. So will the grass take root since in their opinion there was too much clay? Did they put down enough top soil for the sod to thrive? Only time will tell. The scope of work was not what I had expected. And if there was a clay issue why didn't that get brought up and discussed since they are the professionals? The grass does look nice though. I will say they willingly took off a few hundred bucks when the bill was discussed. All in all though I still feel I overpaid for this project considering what was actually done. In retrospect, I should have postponed the project so I could observe what was being done since I was the one who hired them. And gotten multiple references.

    We talked to customer about changes cause of the weather. It turned out beautiful. We got many compliments from all the neighbors. We were also told by nieghbors his M.o. Is to get discounts in which we gave him a great discount just get paid. He did not deserve one. It was a nightmare. You just can't please everyone. We are very accomidating just read all our great reviews.
