Michael showed up ahead of time, was professional, and honest. He gave me options on repair or replacement cost. His honesty was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend the service again.

The reservation contact person benjamin provided that the service cost is only $40, but when they were done with the service and diagnostic, they charged me $119. They are charging for the parts and service pretty high for the replacement of one ice pan motor at $500. This is the second time I called this company, the last time they told me $75 but they charged $119 when they showed up to diagnose the service of the dishwasher machine, which is too expensive. It is disappointing. The costing of the repair is too expensive, which is almost the cost of a brand new one.

WARNING. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! Everything that was said was a lie. We were going to charge $389.00 to get an expensive part and come back. His wife started yelling at the technician saying he didn?t know what he?s doing was doing. Then kicked him out of the house with no payment. If I had remembered that they had already done this to us before we would never have come back. He?s got some nerve leaving this review when he refused to pay us. SCAMMED. RIPPED OFF. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE!

They were efficient, came right away and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They provided great customer. Our technician, I think his name was Benjamin or Mike, was very skilled and knowledgeable.

Company was able to come out to the home within a few hours and assess the problem. The process was quick and efficient. My Samsung washer was giving a 4C and UR code, my tech provided me with multiple options based on the diagnosis. Definitely would recommend again to anyone in need.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Superior Home Appliances Repair Pros! They got me scheduled, quoted & all fixed up so quickly! Michael was incredibly informative, so much fun to chat with while he was working & very respectful of my home. Even my dog took a liking to him! They will absolutely be my go to for future appliance repairs! Definitely recommend!!

The tech replace the washer machine electronic lock and in the process he damaged the door. Washer machine is worse them before, I call them back left a massage and $ 436.00 dollars later I have received a callback from this so call professional they are sorry but itâ  s a lesson I will never forget.

WE HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH THIS PERSON. Nor have we received any calls regarding warranty issues. We have no one in our system with this name. This person has us confused with another company. We offer an iron clad warranty on all of our parts and service. We are available to talk M-F 9:00-6:00 Sat. 10:00-5:00. Any person can leave a review on Angie?s regardless of whether they used Angie?s or not. Please disregard this review.
