They did a fantastic job

Stay away from this company at all costs. We had a large custom solarium window that needed to be replaced as part of a bedroom and bathroom remodel. I asked for a quote from Sunshine Sunrooms. Jerry Lackey the General Manager and Danny Ortiz the Project Manager came to my house, reviewed the project, and said they could absolutely handle the job. Jerry talked about how great their customer service was, how well they communicated, how I would be kept informed every step of the way, and how smooth the process would be. Even though Jerry was more like a used car salesman than a contractor, I decided to go with them because I thought they had expertise in this area. Unfortunately, none of what they promised from a customer service, communication, or timeliness of the process standpoint never materialized. I was the one who had to constantly follow up for updates on the build, delivery, and installation of the product. Throughout that process, I was given misinformation about when shipments would arrive, the completeness of shipments, and when installation could occur. I was told that all parts had arrived only to find out after the fact key pieces were missing because they didn't inventory their shipments. I was told installers would start on a certain day only to be told the original installer refused to do the project. This delayed our overall remodel for weeks because this window had to be installed before the bathroom was completed. This left us trying to get by with limited bathroom facilities and sleeping areas. Throughout all of this, even though Jerry Lackey admitted he knew what was going on, he never reached out to apologize or offer to help rectify the situation. The only other time I heard from Jerry was when he called me to threaten me with legal action on my property because I asked them for some consideration in the overall fees due to the inconvenience they put my family through. Can't tell you how frustrating this company was to deal with and having Jerry Lackey threaten me was just the icing on the cake.

The project went great from start to finish. I would and have recommended Sunshine Sunrooms to anyone in need of home repairs to full remodels.

It was very good. The owner was very good. He did an excellent job. They did it on time. They have good quality.

The installation was completed by an amateur without supervision. An unneeded hole was cut in a panel and it began to leak when it rained. I was given a $2,000 quote to have the leak repaired.

Noted online that company has apparently declared bankruptcy and that are numerous complaints nationwide.

We have an enclosed patio area that has oval openings that are brick.  It is a beautiful outdoor kitchen patio area but the bugs were not allowing us to enjoy our outdoor space.  We looked all over the area to find a company that was willing and able to enclose the area with screens and add a screen door.  Sunshine Sunrooms fit the bill.  They arrived on time, were very professional and priced very well.  the work done was excellent and we are so happy with our outdoor space.  We can finally enjoy family time outside without the bugs!!
