Sunny Day Building and Remodeling

I originally contacted Joe and Sunny Day about building a small garage/Pool House. I later changed my plans to build a covered patio which is adjacent to the pool and gives me a cohesive space between house and pool. Resulting in better home re-sale value. I had an idea in mind and Joe took it, improved on it and built a beautiful reality. Joe and his crew are so easy to work with, Prompt, Respectful,Couteous, Professional and Driven. I could not have hired a better company. Joe stayed on top of things at all times. Project was completed in a timely manner and spot-on budget. I definately would hire Joe and Sunny Day Remodeling for future projects. 

We absolutely love our new deck! Joe helped us achieve our vision and stay within our budget. Work was completed in time frame promised. We had a birthday party at our house the weekend after our deck was installed and we have so many compliments! We will definitely use Sunny Day Building and Remodeling for our future house projects and recommend to our family and friends.

Joe and the team did great work on our bath remodel...from start to finish, Joe kept us informed of what was going on and what was next up...and working with the recommended materials folks was great also...just can't say enough good things about the job done.

This was the first time that I had a contractor complete the work in the time frame he anticipated. Joe has a great crew who do the job efficiently and properly. They clean up everyday and do the utmost to keep the chaos to a minimum. Joe is very available and responsive to any questions and requests. I would definitely use him again and will refer him to my friends!

AWESOME, ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! We hired Joe and his Sunny Day Team to do a major kitchen remodel. We mean MAJOR, as in knocking walls down to make our tiny kitchen, tiny dining and living room into a huge open kitchen-dining area. Plus taking down a railing that separated our kitchen and family room area of our tri-level home and building that into a beautiful bar that now blends the rooms together and makes it dream for entertaining. The entire team is professional, efficient, on time and always left everything clean. Joe worked on our home like as if it was his own. He is not just a person looking to make a buck...he truly cares, from the initial proposal to the very end, he took care of any concerns, explained absolutely everything, no matter how minor, and ALWAYS returned our calls/texts promptly.
