They did an amazing job on a flooring job for a home we had to redone highly recommend them.

Gene and his team did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the attention and care given to my job. He took the time to listen and came up with great solutions. My floors look amazing and I highly recommend him. Old fashioned customer service with new ideas and a great work ethic.

Buyer beware. Gene is a volatile person to deal with. He belittles his team while working on site with them. That is if you can get him to come by the project. We just paid for brand new tile floors and I am left with poor workmanship and they refuse to come out and repair. Grout joints are random. Some thick and some thin. Tiles are not all adhered to floor due to some thunder not being put down properly causing the tile to not ?adhere? to the floor. Guys did work mixing grout in my side yard and I have a ruined side fence due to blobs of grout and compound on the wood of the fence. Stupid! The fact that this project took 13 days to complete and we had to spend an additional week out of our house and we worked closely with his team buying them lunch, bringing them drinks and now we can?t even get the owner to come back and walk the final project with us and is refusing to do so this is Ridiculous. And I hope to save someone else the heart ache. Do not use this company!!!!

Suncrest Flooring Has gone beyond my expectations. They had to begin by tearing up my original wood floor due to water damage. The floor was cleaned and prepared with Excellence for my new hardwood floor. Not a speck of old glue left. My new floor was put down with great workmanship focusing on direction, piece placement , and overall showcasing the beauty of my new hardwood. Gene is a talented, hard-working, professional, and knowledgeable man. He knows his business. He and his crew work together as a team. They are dependable, polite, and respectful of your home. Gene is easy to be in contact withâ ¦..he answers his phone! Suncrest Flooring stays on the job until itâ s done to customer approval. Imagine that ! It is done right the first time. HIGHLY recommended. Donâ t hesitate for a minute to hire them .

Gene was very knowledgeable and professional and started and finished the work as promised. My only disappointment was that the wood was not thick enough to be sanded (not Gene's fault). In the end Gene was only able to buff and coat but they look so much better than before. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They are problem solvers with great attention to detail for both large and small jobs. I had a great experience working with them and would recommend them without hesitation.
