Time frame needed compromise, this can be expected this time of year. Completed work and repairs on a tiny house including trim, door replacement and repair, floor repair, kitchen cupboards repaired, bathroom shower placed, etc. Positive: work done and finished with professional repair and customer satisfaction Negative: timeline, inadequate budget quote

Don at Sunapee Builder was integral in our major home renovation to ready it for aging in place. He took our floor plan design and transformed the one story ranch into a two story modern cape with kitchen and sunroom additions. His eye for proportions, style, and orientation details have resulted in a house that is not only functional but takes full advantage of our natural surroundings. We couldn’t be happier with our “new” home.

Don replaced two exterior doors for me. These doors were almost 30 years old and presented some challenges. Don did a great job with the installation, repairing unforeseen issues as needed, reassembled interior molding and all with great attention to detail. I would not hesitate to have him back.
